Shipping Policy

Augsburg Innowerks Private Limited (“we” and “us”) operates the website https://augswerks.com. By placing an order through this website, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

1. General

All orders are subject to stock availability. While we strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, there may be instances of stock discrepancies, and we may not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In such cases, we will fulfill the available products and contact you to determine whether you prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or prefer us to process a refund.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping is collected at the time of purchase. The shipping cost displayed at checkout is the final price to the customer.

3. Returns or Refunds

Non-Returnable Products

Due to the nature of our products, they cannot be returned or refunded once ordered and shipped. Please ensure your decision before placing an order.

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Transit Time Domestically
Generally, domestic shipments are in transit for 3-7 days. In some cases, it may take up to two weeks depending on circumstances.

4.2 Dispatch Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days of payment. Our warehouse operates Monday to Saturday during standard business hours, except on national and regional holidays, during which time the warehouse will be closed. We take steps to minimize shipment delays.

4.3 Change of Delivery Address
Requests to change the delivery address can be made at any time before the order has been dispatched.

4.4 Items Out of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the available items immediately and send the remaining items once they are back in stock.

4.5 Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted period, please contact us so we can conduct an investigation.

5. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link or number to monitor the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates from the shipping provider.

6. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject it from the courier and contact our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service for further instructions.

7. Duties & Taxes

GST is already included in the price of goods displayed on the website.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be payable upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and we encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival, the goods will be returned to Augsburg InnoWerks Private Limited at your expense, and you will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of return shipping. The initial shipping cost will not be refunded.

8. Cancellations

If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

9. Courier Damage or Loss

We will process a replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

We will process a replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
